One-day trips to Berlin for cruise passengers from Warnemuende
Does your cruise ship in the Baltic Sea stop for a day in Warnemuende / Rostock? Have you thought about spending a day in Berlin?
We offer you a splendid day trip to Berlin.
Warnemuende (near the city of Rostock) is a port 150 miles north of Berlin. We
will arrange for a private minibus or bus to pick you up at the cruise ship dock
in Warnemuende and drive you to Berlin. The trip to Berlin takes about 2 hrs. 45
min.
Unlike conventional train or bus connections offered by the cruise ships, our minibuses bring you faster and more comfortably to Berlin. This naturally allows you more touring time in the city.
Our guide will join you upon your arrival in Berlin. Furthermore, although the emphasis of the tour will be on Jewish sights, general sights can also be included if you so wish. The bus will then return you to your cruise ship in Warnemuende.
Our special package includes:
1. the transfer to Berlin in the morning and back
to Warnemuende in the evening in a non-smoking private mini bus / bus with air
conditioning.
2. a guided city tour of the most important contemporary and historical places
of Jewish Berlin as well as other major sights in the city. All our trained
German, English or Hebrew speaking guides are local residents and well
acquainted with the city, its history and the Jewish Community of today.
3. a guided tour of the Jewish Museum, uniquely designed by Daniel Libeskind,
with its permanent exhibition of 2000 years of Jews in Germany.
According to your interests, other places and sights can individually be added to your tour.

What our clients say...
Anne M. from , OR. Private tour from Cologne to see Dusseldorf and
Nieder-Wiessen to do genealogical research.
Peter was fabulous. Had a lot of info about Jews in the area, including all
the Jewish cemeteries. He was a wonderful translator and very assertive in
asking locals information. We could not have asked for more. Thanks, Anne
