Day 3:
City Tour of Marrakech Mellah, Synagogue, Jewish cemetery where Rabbi Hanania Ha-Cohen, the Lion of Marrakesh and Rabbi Pinhas Cohen are buried… Dinner and overnight in Marrakech
Day 4:
Excursion to Demnate and Ourika (High Atlas) – Rabbi Shlomo bel Hansh (Ourika, Aghbalou). – Rabbi Habib Ha – Mizrahi (Ait Ourir). – Ya’aqob Nahmias Ashkenazi, called Moul Almay (Sidi Rahal). – David Draa Halevy (Draâ). – Jewish sites of Demnate: mellah, cemetery, AIU… Dinner and overnight in Marrakech
Day 5:
Marrakech – Essaouira – Hayym Pinto (Essaouira). – Nissim Ben Nissim (Ait Beyoud). – Jewish sites of Essaouira : mellah, AIU, the house of Rabbi Haïm Pinto… Dinner and overnight in Essaouira
Day 6:
Essaouira – Safi – El Jadida – Casablanca – Ulad Zmirru (The sons of zemmour) (Safi). – Eliyyahou (Casablanca). Dinner and overnight in Casablanca
Day 7:
Casablanca – Rabat/Salé – Ouazzane – Meknes – Fez – Tour Hassan Mosque and the Mausoleum of King Mohammed V. – The mellah and the cemetery of Rabat, where Rabbi Shalom Zawi is bured. – The ancient ruins of Chellah, where Jews are believed to have lived during the time of the Phoenicians. – The cemetery of Salé where Rabbi Raphael Encaoua is buried – The sanctuary of Rabbi Amram Ben Diwan in Ouezzane (Asjen) – Volubilis, a well-preserved Roman city, where archaeologists found the first traces of Jewish settlement in Morocco. Day 8:
City Tour of Fez Synagogues (Rabbi Shlomo Ibn Danan Synagogue, Roben Ben Sadoun), mellah, Jewish cemetery which contains the tombs of Yehuda Ben Attar, Abner Ha-Serfati, Solika Hatchuel, Monsenego…, Jewish Museum of the Em Habanim synagogue, the house of Maimonides with its mysterious water clock… Dinner and overnight in Fez
Day 9:
Fez – Casablanca The balance of the day at leisure Dinner and overnight in Casablanca
Day 10:
Departure to Casablanca airport.
