The trip was wonderful. Moti is one of the best guides we have ever had. The driver Mikael was expert. Judy checked in on us and is very responsive.
The itinerary was very well planned with interesting things for the grandkids as well.(They are great travelers and never complained)
Good thing Hank and I are fit as we walked a lot!! Also we experienced a lot as each day was very full. We saw and learned so much even though 4 of us had been there before. Yemin Orde was a highlight. Also the Kibbutz lunch and tour. Chagall windows, planting trees, views of Jordan and Syria. Yad Vashem. Dinner in a home on Shabbat. Peter and the kids went to the Jerusalem Zoo while we were at Yad Vashem.
The car was fine, but the seat belts were difficult at times. Hotels were OK. I liked Sea Executives and Arcadia. Good locations.
The one in Galilee is nice but even better for warmer weather to appreciate the outside plantings and view. The mother and son who run it are lovely and hospitable. She bakes pastries for the rooms! Delicious. The Colony was fine but older. Good location.
One suggestion is that we did not have time to go to the Bahai Temple (have been before) but our itinerary was already very full, so that was OK with us.
So we thank you, Judy, Moti and Mikael very much. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, our family and the whole experience.
